The fine print
1. Each customer may purchase a maximum of one $50 Credit Boost Pass and one $100 Credit Boost Pass.
2. Customers may purchase both tiers.
3. Store Credit issued through this promotion does not expire.
4. Credit Boost Pass purchases are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
5. Once issued, Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, resold or transferred to another customer account, except where required by applicable law.
6. Store Credit issued through this event cannot be used to purchase another Credit Boost Pass.
7. Multiple accounts or other methods used to bypass the purchase limit may be considered promotional abuse.
8. Selected surprise gifts are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Store Credit issuance. Store Credit will not be issued immediately after purchase. Eligible Store Credit will be manually added to the EPOMAKER customer account used to purchase the Credit Boost Pass after the pre-sale period ends (on Oct 30, GMT+8). Please make sure the email address used to purchase the Pass matches your EPOMAKER customer account email.
1. Eligible orders must be placed between Nov 14 00:00 and Nov 15 23:59 (GMT+8).
2. The qualifying amount is the final amount paid on the order, including shipping and taxes, after all discounts.
3. Orders with a final amount paid of $150 or more receive 10% of that amount back as EPOMAKER Store Credit, up to a maximum of $100 per order.
4. Cashback is calculated per order. Separate orders cannot be combined to reach the $150 minimum.
5. Store Credit will be added to the EPOMAKER customer account matching the order email after the 11.11 Sale ends and qualifying orders have been reviewed. Please check out with the email address you use for your EPOMAKER account.
6. Cancelled, fully refunded or returned orders do not qualify. If a partial refund brings the final amount paid below $150, the order no longer qualifies; if it remains at $150 or more, cashback is calculated on the amount after the refund.
