What to know before you scratch.
Full terms are printed on the card. The short version:
- One Lucky Drop Card per visitor, while supplies last
- Item rewards are handed over at the stand — bring the original card
- Product rewards are the exact model and colour named on the card, no substitutions
- $50 codes need a minimum spend of US$60 at epomaker.com
- Each code is unique and can be used once only
- Codes apply to merchandise only — not shipping, taxes or customs duties
- Codes can't be combined with other offers, promotions or discount codes
- All codes expire 11:59 p.m. CEST on 6 September 2026
- Damaged, copied or altered cards and codes are void
- Epomaker verifies all claims and has the final say in any dispute

Koelnmesse is one stop from Köln Hauptbahnhof — S-Bahn or regional rail to Köln Messe/Deutz. Inside, follow the signs for Hall 10.1; the floor plan above marks the walk from the escalators to A-023.

Quick answers.Before you visit.
You need a gamescom ticket to enter the Koelnmesse grounds. Once you're inside, the Epomaker stand is free to visit — no separate ticket, no appointment. Wednesday 26 August is trade visitor and media day; private visitors can enter from 1:00 p.m., and only with a Wildcard.
All five days — we're in the entertainment area, which stays open through the weekend.
