How Poppy Works

Poppy needs internal case resonance for each pop's short tail. The build uses only thin plate foam and skips bottom case foam, letting the air gap amplify the snap.

The smaller the case, the tighter the chamber, the cleaner each pop reads. Compact builds give poppy its signature individual-pop quality.

Medium-to-high stiffness is key — too-soft plates absorb the impact and rob the pop of its character. Most poppy builds use 1.5mm PC or 1.0mm aluminum.
