These switches are soo creamy and feel fantastic, I'm not typically a fan of 100% layouts because I like the extra space but this one is an exception. It feels high quality and very worth the price, I love that it has wireless connection, and the battery life seems good as well.

✨ Introduction:
As a beginner and a software developer in the making, delving into the world of keyboards, it is hard to give up on THE NUMBERPAD! HAVING A NUMBERPAD IS EVERYTHING! Literally. The TH99 provides an innovative layout, allowing you to have a numpad while keeping it compact! This keyboard promises a lot, especially with the many connectivity options whether through cable, dongle, or Bluetooth. Let’s dive into my first impressions with the Epomaker TH99!
👀 Unboxing and First Looks:
The packaging design for the Epomaker TH99 looks superb! My package came super well protected, wrapped in bubble wrap. When I first opened the box, I was greeted by the amazing keyboard, which came with a plastic cover featuring Epomaker branding. Although the keyboard is plastic (Keyboard Sepcs can be found on the Website!), it still has a solid weight to it and looks very aesthetically pleasing. It immediately gave me office vibes! "I need to have this in my office!"~
Included accessories were a keycap puller, a USB-C cable, and a dongle.
The user manual is very informative, which I appreciate. It covers basic functions, key combinations, and even how to control the RGB lighting. Additionally, the manual includes a page dedicated to teaching you how to replace keycaps and switches, as well as how to remove and install them. I really liked the indicator that tells you when the battery is low! I haven’t tested the battery life yet, but I look forward to doing so.
🥞 Design and Build Quality:
I love build quality on this keyboard! I really enjoy how smooth it feels to type on this keyboard. I went with the black and white option because it gives off a more office vibe. The keyboard also features two adjustable angle feet, which allows you to customize your typing position based on what you like and want! The USB-C dongle fits tightly in it's spot, and switching between connection modes is only with a click of a button!
However, one thing I wasn’t a fan of was the way the Number Pad and Caps Lock indicators light up. When you activate it, the entire button lights up. Personally, I would have preferred a small dot or LED light near the arrow keys to show which mode is active. Also for some reason, they only light up in light blue, even if your RGB is set to another color/mode. I really like the battery percentage check feature, which can be accessed via the Fn + Enter shortcut. It’s very innovative.
⌨️ Typing and First Expressions:
It felt amazing to type on this, it’s very soft and creamyyyy. I had one coding session with it and honestly, I don't think I wanna ever use any other keyboard for coding again! xD One personal change I’d like is the size of the Left Shift Button, I wish it was the same size as the Enter Button! I also wish the switches were a teeny bit quieter, so I could bring it into my office without disturbing others! I STILL LOVE THESE SWITCHES!
🪛 Software and Drivers
Downloading and operating the software is pretty straightforward and is easy to navigate As mentioned earlier, there are plenty of built-in shortcuts and functions on the keyboard itself (You can find them in the User-Manual), so you don’t even need to download the software unless you want to!

✍🏼Conclusion and Overall Rating:
Overall, I’m impressed with the TH99. It provides a lovely typing experience, is packed with useful features, and has great build quality. While there are a few things I’d tweak (all personal xd), these are super minor compared to the overall quality of the keyboard. If you’re looking for a compact yet functional mechanical keyboard with solid connectivity options, the TH99 is definitely worth considering, and I would also recommend it for an absolute beginner.

This keyboard exceeded all my expectations!! Not going to lie, I expected this keyboard to be of cheapish quality for the price, especially when I got the shipping info, and it looked like your standard cheap product kind of shipping. I was so wrong. Shipping did take a little while, it's coming all the way from China after all, but I am so amazed with the product I received. This keyboard is just as cute as the pictures and the switches are buttery smooth and make a really satisfying sound. It's kind of heavy for a keyboard, but I actually kind of love that about it! I didn't realize this keyboard had RGB and normally I don't like that sort of thing but it's really growing on me! Also love the quality of the keys, they feel nice and sturdy. Finally, I like that there's a few different connectivity options, in case you need to do some troubleshooting.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. Epomaker does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances.
Do you ship internationally?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*The KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Epomaker is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Epomaker will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Epomaker only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
What is your return policy?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, you must contact support@epomaker.com within 30 days upon delivery. You need to provide any solid proof of the problem you come across.
Whats your Warranty Policy?
Epomaker offers warranty for sitewide orders*: 1-year warranty for keyboards, DIY kits, keycap sets and cases (e.g. the case-only products sold separately), and a 3-month warranty for batteries. For items that are purchased from the AliExpress store, Amazon stores, crowd-funding campaigns, local dealers and etc., the warranty policy adheres to the policy of the sales platform. Accessories such as keycap pullers, switch pullers, free spare keycaps, cables etc., are excluded from the warranty. Epomaker warranty covers any factory defects that might affect the proper functionality of your purchase. To claim for a warranty or confirm whether your product is eligible for return/warranty, please kindly contact us via support@epomaker.com.
*Sitewide orders: Only orders with an amount are covered by warranty and $0 orders are not warranted.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests. Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@epomaker.com) or website chat.
