Pros:
1. Size, no wasted space on less-used keys
2. Programmable, can map any key except for fn
3. Split spacebar is great for less noise and extra keys to program
Cons:
1. F keys don't work with fn on the programmable layers, have to use a temporary layer switch key
2. Temporary layer switch doesn't hold down already pressed keys like shift, need to press again
Overall this keyboard has the best layout for customizing and great build quality for the price
I had to get used to it a bit but I do feel it's helping me type less tense and I just adore the way it looks. The dimensions were exactly what I needed. The software is really confusing and my pc said it wanted to update every day, but on the other hand it worked pretty well just out of the box with the functions explained on the leaflet that came with it. I'm not super knowledgeable about keyboards, this was my first purchase of a more expensive one. I'm very happy with it overall, and it was shipped fairly fast and without extra EU customs costs as promised. I wouldn't recommend it to get into the keyboard hobby as the software isn't very user friendly, but for a layman who just wants a pretty keyboard that feels nice to type on it's excellent!
Software is bit bad.
Keyboard is really good but needed to lube it a bit.
I order it with the brown switches, and I really love the "thocc" feel of it.; other than that, i think they need to improve the stabilisers of the spacebar, it has a little rattle(not much, but little). Also, I went for the grey keycaps version, and I really love it. The software is a bit disappointing, they could try to work on that(it works, but its not easy to understand). Aaaaaand the best part is that i got it for $39, like whaaaat? This was a complete steal...
The Epomaker sk66 is a very great keyboard at being on sale for 40 dollars, the keyboard comes with pre-lubed stabilizers which are great and for me had no rattle at all. The software is ok but me personally doesn't use the software except for changing light modes which is easy considering you just clicking, overall this keyboard is very good and for 40-45 dollars (on which option you get) i'd buy 2.
