Hot-swappable with Tactile Switch
CK98 has a satisfying tactile coolkiller ice blade switch, which has a long stem and slightly shorter travel time. The operating and bottom-out point is earlier than classical tactile switches, which is better for gamers and heavy typists. The shortened travel emphasized the tactile bump so the enjoyable clicky sound will be more prominent and the confirmation of each stroke is obvious. Gasket Mount
The CK98 is a gasket mount keyboard, which means that the plate is supported and sandwiched by pieces of gaskets and not in direct contact with the top or bottom frame. The gasket structure and extra silicon pads also prevent noises caused by plate bumping to the case and improve switch sound greatly.
