1. Make sure the switch is on the right side.
2. Press and hold FN+Q for 3-5 seconds to enter pairing mode, the indicator light will flash fast, turn on the device's Bluetooth and start connecting to Bluetooth.
3. The connection environment should avoid multiple Bluetooth devices, otherwise it will cause signal interference.
4. Clear the Bluetooth devices in your computer before connecting.
In addition, please try whether you can connect your cell phone via Bluetooth?
