PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

75% 80 Keys Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

With built-in modularity for everything from connectivity to switches, the TH80 from EPOMAKER is a keyboard for those who like to change things up. The 75% layout provides both typing comfort and space consciousness, as well as the programmable metal rotary knob that allows extra control of your setup. There are three ways of connectivity: Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4 GHz, and a USB-C wired output. Thanks to the hot-swappable sockets, it can accommodate a variety of south-facing switches, both 3 and 5-pin.

Hotswappable Gateron Pro Mechanical Switches

When it comes to the feeling and performance of your switches, every detail counts. For EPOMAKER TH80 mechanical keyboard, we go with Gateron Pro switches, available in five kinds of switches-pro yellow/red/brown/blue/black. In Gateron’s Pro line of switches, every detail delivers. Factory pre-lubricated for smooth travel straight out of the box, each switch features a POM stem and polycarbonate case for consistency and durability. A 3/5-pin, PCB-mount design makes installation a breeze, while a 50-million-keystroke lifespan means you won’t need to swap out your set anytime soon.

EPOMAKER Custom Switches - Flamingo & Budgerigar

With a total travel distance of 380 millimeters, the Epomaker linear switches - Flamingo are engineered for ultra-smooth travel from top to bottom. Each switch features dual extended springs, which exhibit impressive rebound force for faster typing. True to its name, every Flamingo switch comes with pink and purple housing, with an initial force of 45 grams. On the other hand, the Epomaker tactile switches - Budgerigar delivers the next iteration of tactile typing, optimized for an authentic feel with unrivaled consistency. Rated for 50 million presses and an initial force of 47 grams, it provides a welcome tactile threshold without wobbling.

Three Modes of Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.0 & 2.4GHz & Type-C Cable

Equipped with a large-capacity battery, this keyboard supports wireless and wired connections. By the wireless option, either Bluetooth (up to 5.0) or 2.4GHz can be chosen, and the polling rate can be up to 1000hz with 2.4GHz. By the wired mode, macro can be programmed to better fit your typing habits. The modes can be easily switched by Fn+1/2/3(Bluetooth) / 4(2.4GHz) / 5(USB Wired).

Note (None-Pro-Version): Green light under the left CTRL key is the battery indicator. When the keyboard is fully charged, the light will be off.

PBT Keycaps with MDA Profile & Dye-sub Technique

EPOMAKER TH80 keyboard comes with the popular EPOMAKER Theory Keycaps in unique MDA profile. Keycaps are made of top-grade PBT dye-subbed materials. PBT are often considered the top choice for keycap, even over ABS keycaps, as PBT is much more durable, oil-resistant (does not get shiny over time like ABS ones), and stays true to color. MDA profile is kind of a lower version of SA profile so it’s quite suitable for those who enjoy the sculpted keycaps without much hight.

Amazing RGB Effects with South-Facing PCB & Programmable with Software

EPOMAKER TH80 mechanical keyboard features a variety of default RGB effects that you can easily switch between each other with simple shortcuts. With south-facing LEDs, the RGB lights show more brightness and brings more fun for customization. More than that, compatible software is available for those who loves more DIY settings. You can make it your own effects with the software.

Warm Tip: The TH80 keyboard cannot wake up Mac due to tech restrictions.

    I love it!

Was so excited to get this keyboard. My first mechanical keyboard! I wanted something that sounded good out of the box and this one does great! The space bar was very hollow sounding, but I stuck in a few pieces of fabric band aid (the only thing I had handy at the time), and it worked like a charm. The rest of the keys do sound a tad hollow, but I’ve bought some extra foam and o-rings and plan to mod it up a bit to my liking. (Although it’s a great keyboard as it is, for a great price). I love the Monet design/model. The colours are so pretty and the RGB is really nice. I always use mine wired, so I can’t comment on the battery life. Shipping was actually quicker than I expected. I think it was 12 days from China to Canada. Overall I am very satisfied with the keyboard. Would definitely recommend.

Good Keyboard, But total loss of pcb function after 2 years of standard use.

I'm not the type to spill stuff on, or slam my keyboard. I've owned my epomaker TH80 for 2 years. I quite enjoyed my time with it, but that being said it is unacceptable for this product to fail in this manner. Like the other reviewers with similar experiences, customer support has been unwilling to offer repair or replacement due to being outside the warranty period. Reviews on this site and amazon show that a startling amount of customers have experienced this exact issue. I liked this keyboard and I plan to replace the pcb if possible. It is a shame that the stock pcb is this failure prone.

    Dear Customer,

Thank you for providing feedback on your experience with the TH80 keyboard. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issues you encountered. Poor Quality Suddenly Stopped Working after 1.5 years of light use

Poor Quality Suddenly Stopped Working after 1.5 years of light use. Went through technical support and they said there was nothing they could do since it is out of warranty (1 yrs). When plugged into USB nothing happens at all. It is completely dead. My Logitech G15 still works after 10+ years. My Corsair K90 still works after 7 years.. Would not buy another Epomaker
