Mine has broken. The usb c connector is very poorly connected to the circuit board. Screen didnt really work properly since i got the keyboard and never really seemed like the connector fully pushed into the socket which got loose very quickly. I did contact support a few times, but all they kept saying was to update firmware and reset keyboard, screen itself is a very cheap and poorly designed hardware. Let's down a brilliant keyboard. Don't think I will order a replacement as pricey and looking at other reviews will likely have the same experience with a replacement.

There is no way that I have found that you can put the mini tv into 12 hr format instead of 24 hr, I also can't figure out how to get it to display system info. Beautiful keyboard but a frustrating display.
I give this a 4 star because it's by far the most visually and sound-pleasing keyboard I've ever used. On the other hand, the miniscreen never works correctly. It stopped working within the first month of using the keyboard, but it took me so long to get it working in the first place, never getting it to load past 0%. I had to use the protection plan I purchased on Amazon because I spilled liquid on it, damaging the board on the inside, and I got reimbursed to purchase a new one. (Which I did) but this is now the second time the miniscreen doesn't work :(

Screen was glitchy and wouldn't run right out of box got in touch with support the very same day and before they could even help it stopped turning on so here i am "pre ordering" one just because i want a fully intact keyboard.

Thank you so much for your feedback and sorry for the issue you met. Please don't worry, we will do our best to assist you in resolving these problems. According to the problem you mentioned, could you please try the following situations?
1. Please reset the keyboard by pressing and holding Fn + Esc for 5 seconds.
2. Please replug the mini screen and make sure that it is plugged in tightly.
3. Please try another cable or another device.
4. Upgrade the firmware by clicking support-firmware in the software to see if the problem can be solved. When upgrading the firmware, please make sure that the keyboard is in wired mode and plug the mini screen in tightly.
