After much patience, I have gone back and forth with customer support trying to get a fully paid return (i.e. shipping costs) and a full refund on this product. It has been very EXPENSIVE and TIME-CONSUMING to get this shipped back only instead to receive a VOUCHER which means my money will still be going back to them instead of a fully covered refund.
This keyboard would have been nice HOWEVER, it came FAULTY, the frame was very loose, every time I would try to pick the keyboard up it would just fall off and the fact that the shipping costs will not be covered is a huge turn-off and my trust to the company has plummeted. I have even seen and attached in similar reviews to support which had a similar situation to mine. For a pre-built or fully assembled keyboard which costed me $150 in my currency, it came with a defect and looks very much bent. I cannot even push it down and piece this together. Using the bottom keys are a bit difficult as the frame prevents me from pressing the keys at ease and constantly springs back up/moving around.
The product came on the 8th of August and I contacted support on the 13th of August with clear proof and similar reviews to back up my claims. And like mentioned before they will only cover the shipping cost via "coupon". Unhappy that to get a replacement even though I have proof, I still have to somewhat pay for the additional costs to get this shipped and which might not even fully refunded especially with the fact that is not my fault that I received the product like this. Someone else from Epomaker, please resolve this situation. I do not want to spend additional costs or time for a product that should have come without fault.
