1. Excluded Items
Discount Codes cannot be used to purchase EPOMAKER Bundles, Mystery Boxes , EPOMAKER Gift Cards and Switch benefit section. Please note that these products are excluded from the minimum spend calculation for Order Discount Code.
2. Limit One RC Per Customer
Each customer is entitled to purchase only one RC and will receive a single discount code. Please avoid purchasing duplicate RCs; if multiple RCs are bought, only one discount code(of the highest value purchased) will be sent, without refunds for any additional cards. For example, if both a $20 and a $30 discount codes are purchased, only the $30 discount code will be issued.
3. Usage Period
The discount code (referred to as Reservation Card) is valid on EPOMAKER.com from 20th Dec, 2025 - 2nd Jan, 2026 (GMT+8) only. RCs are non-refundable, and unused or expired cards will not be eligible for refunds.
4. Email Requirement
The email used for purchasing a RC must match the email on your EPOMAKER account. Discount codes will be sent via email to all eligible customers before the Main Sale begins. If assistance is needed, contact us via website chat or email during the sale period.
5. Refund Policy
Reservation Cards are final sale. Please purchase only if you intend to redeem the card, as refunds will not be provided for unused cards.
6. Discount Code Stacking
Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, such as those redeemed through Reward Points.
7. Shipping Fee Calculation
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total after applying any discounts. Refunds on shipping fees are not available.
8. Right to Cancel Non-Compliant Orders
EPOMAKER reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with these guidelines. Customers with canceled orders will be notified via email.
