Could you please troubleshoot the unresponsive 'W' key?
1:Swap Switches:
Try placing a working switch into the 'W' key socket. If the key works, the original switch may be faulty. If it still doesn’t respond, the issue may lie with the PCB.
2:Reset the Keyboard:
Press Fn + ESC for 5 seconds to reset the keyboard, or try to restore it in software.
Please note that your keyboard is still under our 1-year warranty, If the issue persists,email us at support@epomaker.com with your order number and a brief description of the troubleshooting steps you’ve taken.
