1. Excluded Items
Order Codes cannot be used to purchase EPOMAKER Bundles, Mystery Boxes, Switch benefit Section(You can use the exclusive discount code for switch benefit section. ), EPOMAKER Gift Cards. Please note that these products are excluded from the minimum spend calculation for Order Discount Code.
2. Limit One Combo Per Customer
Each customer is entitled to purchase only one Discount Combo and will receive a single discount code combo. Please avoid purchasing duplicate combos; if multiple combos are bought, only one discount code combo(of the highest value purchased) will be sent, without refunds for any additional cards. For example, if both a $20 and a $30 discount are purchased, only the $30 discount will be issued.
3. Usage Period
The discount code (referred to as discount combo) is valid on EPOMAKER.com from 20th Nov - 2nd Dec (GMT+8) only. Combos are non-refundable, and unused or expired discount will not be eligible for refunds.
4. Email Requirement
The email used for purchasing a Combo must match the email on your EPOMAKER account. Discount codes will be sent via email to all eligible customers before the BFCM Main Sale begins. If assistance is needed, contact us via website chat or email during the sale period.
5. Refund Policy
Discount Combo are final sale. Please purchase only if you intend to redeem the card, as refunds will not be provided for unused cards.
6. Discount Code Stacking
Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, such as those redeemed through Reward Points.
7. Shipping Fee Calculation
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total after applying any Combo discounts. Refunds on shipping fees are not available.
8. Right to Cancel Non-Compliant Orders
EPOMAKER reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with these guidelines. Customers with canceled orders will be notified via email.
