Epomaker is based in china and we work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00pm China Standard Time.

How do i process my warranty

Follow the steps to process your warranty:

  1. Send us your order number and product problem to our customer service team: support@epomaker.com. We will response to you no later than 48 working hours for your warranty. Please help to understand that we need to confirm your information so it may take a little time.
  2. Once we confirmed it, we will send you replacement directly (for some products, we need your help to ship it back to us for exchange the new replacement) or repair for you. Normally repair for product will be charged, however, we want to provide better shopping experience, we will repair for you for free.
What happens if my product is defective?

Epomaker Warranty covers any factory defects that might affect the proper functionality of your purchase. It doesn’t cover any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear. If your product is defective we will send you a replacement unit. Replacement units might require you to send the defective unit back to Epomaker.

How do i return the items to you?

Contact us at support@epomaker.com to arrange the details of the shipping. Epomaker is not responsable for any of the shipping/custom fees that might apply for you returning the item to us.

Important Notes

Your item will not be covered by your 1 year warranty if the inspection shows any sign of modification or changes unsupported by the original product, these include: Changing internal components, Assembling and reassembling the product, Replacing Batteries, etc.
