1. Please reset the keyboard by pressing and holding Fn + Esc for 5 seconds.
2. Please replug the mini screen and make sure that it is plugged in tightly.
3. Please try another cable or another device.
4. Upgrade the firmware by clicking support-firmware in the software to see if the problem can be solved. When upgrading the firmware, please make sure that the keyboard is in wired mode and plug the mini screen in tightly.
