The discount code will be sent to your inbox on 17th June(GMT+8)by email automatically. Each customer can only purchase one gift card. Epomaker reserves the right to cancel any order trying to exploit the coupon/reward system without prior/further notice. The RC are on the first-come, first-serve basis.
1. Excluded Items
Codes cannot be used to purchase Epomaker Bundles, Mystery Boxes, Epomaker Gift Cards and New arrival Launch products (HE80, HE68 Lite, TH108).
2. Limit One Reservation Card Per Customer
Each customer is entitled to purchase only one Reservation Card and will receive a single discount code. Please avoid purchasing duplicate Reservation Cards; if multiple cards are bought, only one discount code (of the highest value purchased) will be sent, without refunds for any additional cards. For example, if both a $15 and a $25 card are purchased, only the $25 card discount will be issued.
3. Usage Period
The discount code (referred to as Reservation Card) is valid on Epomaker.com from 17th June - 30 June (GMT+8) only. Reservation Cards are non-refundable, and unused or expired cards will not be eligible for refunds.
4. Email Requirement
The email used for purchasing a Reservation Card must match the email on your Epomaker account. Discount codes will be sent via email to all eligible customers before the Mid Year Main Sale begins. If assistance is needed, contact us via website chat or email during the sale period.
5. Refund Policy
Reservation Cards are final sale. Please purchase only if you intend to redeem the card, as refunds will not be provided for unused cards.
6. Discount Code Stacking
Reservation Card discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, such as those redeemed through Reward Points.
7. Shipping Fee Calculation
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total after applying any Reservation Card discounts. Refunds on shipping fees are not available.
8. Right to Cancel Non-Compliant Orders
Epomaker reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with these guidelines. Customers with canceled orders will be notified via email.
