like it but my keyboard is slightly broken

nice aesthetic and feel. unfortunately my product has a couple of keys that don’t work. as i’m new to mechanical keyboards it’s too much for me to figure out how to fix.

1. Try to reset the keyboard by long pressing FN + Esc for 3 seconds.

3. Please check whether the same thing happens when the keyboard is under other modes such as the wired mode.

Keys keep dying.

Purchased 2, both have keys that stopped working shortly after purchase. Swapping out switches does not resolve the issue, seems to be a problem with the PCB itself. Phone/tablet holder also is poorly designed, many larger, slick devices (eg. iPhone 13 pro max, iPad) will fall out backwards, and the ones that won't sit at too steep an angle. Using the angled legs on the keyboard reverses the issue, causing devices to fall forward instead. Disappointed, especially when other epomaker products have been excellent.

Not good

So these boards were on sale for a good price the other day, and I thought I would pick five of them up. I figured I could keep a few of them and give the rest of them away as gifts for Christmas and stuff. Of the five I ordered, only two worked properly, and one was not the correct board (I ordered Tactile switches and got the wrong switches). So, based on my sample size of five, only 40% worked. Two worked perfectly, so I kept them. For one of them, only the window button did not work, and because I often disable that button anyway, I decided it was fine and would keep it. Three major buttons did not work on one, so Epomaker sent me another one, and on the replacement one, the “esc” button does not work. SO, I have a sample of 6 boards now, and only 2 worked perfectly. So now the boards only have a 33.33% success rate. I'm currently working with Epomaker support to get the correct board for the one that was incorrect from the beginning (they are stalling, doing anything but sending me what I ordered) and dealing with the replacement board that is also not working ( I have yet to hear back after informing them that the replacement they sent also is broken). I have been doing some research, and it appears that most of these issues with this particular board are due to bad firmware, but I can not say for sure. Regardless, I have spent about $840 on Epomaker’s website over the past 8 months and have never had a bad product… Until now, this thing is trash and stay away. I will update when my incorrect board and second bad board are (if) dealt with. Overall, very disappointed.
1 = worked fine
2 = worked fine
3 = only the Windows button did not work, so I kept it
4 = three buttons did not work and got it replaced
5 = received the wrong board, and still waiting for correct board
6 = the replacement board and the “esc” button is not working
