I preordered this keyboard in February and I waited a long time. Due to some information wrong on my part, I contacted the support team and they responded REALLY fast, within 2 days. And so when all of my information was correct, it only took 10 days to ship.
As for the keyboard itself, It's saur cute!! It comes with a usb-c cable, a keycap changer, and FREE stickers!! The package was also well protected and the box is pretty cute too. So, no damage even if this keyboard was shipped overseas. For the switches, they sound pretty okay. Honestly it was a little bit of a let down, It sounds very hollow and kind of like a typewriter. I'm sure if you lube them it'll sound a little bit better. In terms of aesthetics, its pretty cute, pretty lightweight, and overall pretty cool keyboard.
If you don't know much about keyboards like me, I'm sure you'll enjoy it a lot since its okay to the average eye. HOWEVER... if you're a keyboard nerd or just in general know a lot about keyboards I zont think this is for you. Personally me I enjoy it because i have no background experience in what a good keyboard really means but the keyboard does its job so what can ya do.

- would have to mod it just to make it sound good (if you/someone you know, knows how mod keyboards, you're in luck, but for the rest of you, maybe invest in something that you KNOW sounds good immediately after buying it)
If you zont know anything about keyboards, It's cute, it's not that expensive, and does its job
if you DO know a lot about keyboards, zont get it, for I believe investing more money into different, quality keyboards should be your best move
I bought a barebones kit a while back and 4 keys did not work. I have built lots of keyboards so I know I didn't mess up installing switches. The faulty keys were around the "-" and "=" keys. Customer service was great and after sending some evidence of defects my return application got accepted and they sent me a new barebones kit. The same area is defective and the "-" and "=" keys do not work again. The quality makes sense for the price but for all this hassle it makes me regret getting a cheap keyboard. No issues with bluetooth/cable connections or the volume **** however.
It's adorable and since this comes with FR4 plate, which makes it that extra deep "thocky" sound. The switches I believe are factory lubed so it already feels smooth when typing. I plan to change out switches and the keycaps to mod it more to my liking but this is a great first mkb people can get without modding it and have good sound in my opinion. Highly recommend! I also love that it can be wireless too and can be used on mac or windows.
If you're having problems with dead keys, you might need switches with longer metallic pins (Akko switches worked fine for me, but KTT switches didn't). It is a bit frustrating that not all switches work with this board but it was a fun build nonetheless!
multiple keys came dead, board snapped when i was putting switches in, cant get a refund because of return policy seems like a common issue for keys to come broken DO NOT BUY.
