Got defective numpad

I got a defective numpad, but customer service refused to process a refund. Terrible experience

Nice but very flawed

Overall happy with the build but lack of support for VIA v3 means the the LED lighting can't be controlled from software currently (VIA just throws errors even in V2 compatability mode) which is really disappointing as it just needs a firmware update to support v3

Nice-looking, well-designed, but flawed :)

Contrary to the information provided by the maker, it is not fully VIA-compatible.
You have to load the .json file every time you start VIA software.
Everything that is programmed stays on the numpad itself, but you have to load the configuration file into software every time and ONLY then all the macros and shortcuts are visible in VIA.
Apart from that it looks nice, is well-constructed, has attractive illumination and a rotary encoder.
Looks good on the desktop and facilitates translation and subtitling work :)

Sounds and feels great , but top row is designed poorly.

The wisteria linear switches are nice, have a clackly pop sound and the stabilisers are great. The only poor design feature is the back row, and if you press it from the wrong angle it bends backwards because the back part extends over the base.
