We are so sorry that you found the keyboard not satisfying. When the keyboard is under bluetooth connection, you might need to avoid the keyboard to the following scenarios:
1) Connecting to USB 3.0 port (the 3.0 port might have interference)
2) Other bluetooth devices
3) Chargable/heatable deskmat
4) Devices that have installed other bluetooth drives (the drives need to be uninstalled)
