Wrong Item, Design Flaws, Dirt on both Articles, miscuts on keycaps, "gateron reds" with a waxy s...

I didnt receive what i ordered. On top of that both the Keycap set and the Keyboard aswell hat many little to somewhat grotesque flaws, for example half a pinky finger nail visibly squeezed on every single stabilizer stem. These werent the only things that disappointed me, theres loads of many little dirty spots and an overall grease appearance, especially on a hotplate pcb something like that should be absolutely not case ESPECIALLY since its so unnecessary.

Oh and i mailed the support before i finished my order because their Website showed me the wanted item correctly in my basked, when getting the cofirmation mail it showed up as the non-hotswappable Version. I even sent them a Screenshot CLEARLY showing which of the materials (Alumunium) which type of frame stagger, which type of wired&wireless , the newer instead of the older, Hotswap for cherrry max NOT whatever the heck was put in then.

I was also one of the many kickstarteres for the ajazz back then and since im in general not too impressed of thats build quality, i had some weird intention to see if i can support the shop making 60s a bit more popular for serial production; i dont even know why i didnt complain about the few flaws that one had BUT - this was a kickstarter.

Now i didnt get an answer if theres any refund confirmed frrom their side only telling me to take pictures of everything. Those were sent by me more than a day ago. Before anybody says "well the price isnt really something where you can be that picky about having no single quality flaw" - Nah, its actually almost the same price as getting KDBfans items which had would eft me with high quality, functioning parts and a customer support directly letting me know what todo next. Be sure that i will edit and furthermore change my opinion if i get an answer soon enough and everything is solved. I hate it so much to rant about those things but yeah, have a nice day.
