Good keyboard and very friendly support

I ordered this keyboard almost a year ago, I got the aluminum version and I must say that it is built with excellent materials. the sound is fantastic with any switch and the rgb leds are very nice, the driver for the keyboard is only available in english and chinese but nowadays it's not a big problem. A few months ago I had some problems with the driver and I contacted support. The support is very friendly and responds within the day.

    Great Sound Bad Execution

I wish I could give more stars. I really do, however, I ordered this board about a month ago with no update on shipping. I tried to look up my order number to no avail. It told me that my order could not be found. I then reached out to customer support who told me that it was backordered with no eta. Never did it mention that on the website and they refused to change the website to match. After going back and forth with the support team, we finally settled on me just getting a refund. The next day the board shipped. I was told 5-7 days and it took 3 and a half weeks from the time of placing my order to my front door. Now onto the board itself. Upon unboxing, it comes in a nice cardboard box with a nice carry case and all the odds and ends to work with including switch and cap puller, braided usb-c cable, and a few extra keycaps. The plate mounted stabilizers came pre lubed which was a nice touch but the space bar is still rattles a bit. It has a very good sound so always a plus in my book. The thick acrylic case and the battery for the Bluetooth gives it a good weight and the leds look very good (however maybe a tad dim at the highest brightness). I am using Kinetic Labs Husky switches with Hipyo Hippos and the typing experience is wonderful and probably one of the best keyboards I have ever used. Now onto the bad. The plate is flexible which to some would be nice, however I found it difficult to install some switches. The plate would flex so much because some of the tolerances were so tight that it felt like i was going to break it. That being said, if you need to remove a switch, break out the super glue and the crane because the tolerances on the plate are so tight that it makes it near impossible to remove some switches while others come out just by trying to remove the key caps. While on the topic of removing the key caps, I had two switches with bent pins that I didn't notice while installing which were the z key and the right shift key. when I pulled the z key the whole switch came out with it but when trying to remove the right shift switch, I struggled for about 5 minutes trying to remove it. I chipped the plastic off the cheap switch puller included with the board as well as chewed up the side of the switch. I should add that they leave you no room by the edge of the case to get the supplied key cap puller in. I had to remove my esc key after noticing that it was the wrong profile and noticed that the normal key cap puller was just not going to cut it. If you don't have a spare wire cap puller, you have to push the key over and lift on one side with your fingers to the point of almost breaking the stem to get the supplied puller under the keycap. Overall, wonderful sound and typing but subpar construction not to mention the poor customer service experience that I had. This board is great if you are on a tighter budget and have better tools than the ones given but if given a bit better of a budget, even 30 dollars more could get you a better option. I wish they did it better.

EDIT: They really messed up when they made it 68 keys. We were one off from greatness.

Good looking acrylic case with nice RGB lighting. Putting the pads and got slightly better typing response/sounds. It is the uniqueness but taking time to train my finger for the backspace location.
