Great value for money optical switch keyboard with poor battery life. Superb for gaming.

Gateron optical Red Linear switches on this keyboard feel great on this board and simply outperform my Logitech G903 in terms of keystroke feel and key assignment customization. Sold the G903 immediately after i bought this one. Tested the battery life and I agree with other customers that it only lasts about 12 hours tops with backlight turned off. This is likely due to the active nature of optical switches that are continuously firing lasers for each key even on standby mode.

i've tested the keystroke response time to be <1ms via bluetooth connection!

Supply for the keyboard is very sparse so you will want to write to epomaker to check on their stock first. Shipment preparation took a week and shipping to Malaysia took 6 weeks starting 15 April 2021 amid the COVID19 pandemic lockdown. the box came dented on the corners and edges.

Overall, a great keyboard with poor battery life so dont expect it to work wirelessly for weeks or even days without charging. Not bad but can be better.

    Solid Keyboard, with some downsides.

When the keyboard arrived, I was surprised with the initial heft of the product, everything seemed solid and this is my first mech board so I really didn't have anything to compare it to. That being said, the board itself is high quality, solid, no give or flex on the body, it's built like a tank. I'm pretty new to switches in general, but I've been enjoying the gateron browns my board came with. Also, all the keys seem to be very stable, with no rattling or excessive wobbling from my experience so far (my friend who also ordered this board said the stabilizers were pre-lubed with Krytox, so I'll take that as another pro for this board). Though there are some downsides to this board I've found. The included USB C charging cable is nice at first glance but is a bit on the cheaper end, I disconnected it from the board to use for wireless mode and the charging end wound up bending somehow, and I wasn't using any excessive force whatsoever. While USB C cables are fairly common, I can see this being an issue with someone who only has the included cable for this board. Adding to this, the wireless mode, while decent, is limited due to the battery charging slow and draining fast, while also not saving the profiles on the driver software for this board. The software in my experience will not detect this board in wireless mode, making any profile you have saved useless unless using it in wired mode. Some other observations I'd like to share that didn't fit into a pro or con is that one of the RGB profiles for sound reactivity is a little nutty. It doesn't pick up music playing through the software end like you think it would, it has a built-in microphone I'm assuming, as I muted every mic I had and system audio, and it was reacting to the sound of keypress and any external audio near it. Overall, if you're looking for a solid keyboard with optical switches and hot-swap capability, the price for this is pretty good. If you're looking for robust RGB features and having the board in wireless mode often, I would not recommend it.

    It's ok...

I love the feel of the keyboard, the keys and the black switches. The biggest downside is the wireless mode / battery life. I use the SK87S for work and I prefer having wireless peripherals for work, but when I use Bluetooth mode, at the beginning of the day it will be dead. So I'll charge it, which takes a long time, then I'll unplug it when it's fully charged, use it for the rest of the work day, then turn it off. When I turn it on the following morning, the indicator light showing low battery will be blinking, so I'll have to fully charge it again. I gave up trying to use it wirelessly and now have it wired the whole time which kind of negates my reason for buying this keyboard. I'll be looking for a suitable replacement in the near future.
